Yes. Origin, destination, ports and places are free-text fields so the workspace is not restricted to a fixed country list.

Does the free version create a packing list?

Are ShipDocs documents customs-approved?

No. ShipDocs produces working drafts. The user must verify product, route, carrier, customs and destination-specific requirements before using a document.

Yes. Route fields accept any country, city, port, airport or logistics place instead of limiting the user to a short preset list.

Does AI send a document automatically?

No. Planned AI features populate an editable draft. Email is a Pro action and must happen only after explicit human approval.

Is the packing list legally sufficient?
